A diploma in Home Economics, Major Nutrition She has published two anthologies of poems. Juliet is a Jamaican teacher by profession who has held the position of Vice Principal in A Jamaican School for 12 years. is now retired but is still contributing to Education

As an Home and Family Management Teacher she has written articles on the subject in the form of lesson plans and have create and published numerous Jamaican recipes .
